The new Cool Carriers Headquarters, designed by Studio D73, is a contemporary office building located in a strategic area of Limassol, Cyprus, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The project combines workplace efficiency, employee well-being, and corporate identity through a carefully balanced architectural approach.

The blue-toned façade reflects both the company’s maritime heritage and its visual identity, while large operable glazed surfaces maximize natural light and ventilation. Natural wood finishes introduce warmth throughout the interiors, complemented by integrated greenery that enhances environmental quality and user comfort.

The workplace is organized to support a variety of working modes, featuring open-plan offices, acoustically insulated executive spaces, meeting rooms, capsule rooms for confidential discussions, and fully equipped staff facilities. Acoustic treatments, flexible layouts, and a rooftop level dedicated to social interaction and wellbeing contribute to a contemporary office environment designed around people, performance, and long-term adaptability.
